We start by assessing repetitive, rules-based tasks such as internal order notifications, enquiry routing or product-data handovers. Feasibility depends on your systems, access and the exceptions the process must handle.
The requirement comes first. We assess the features available in your setup and whether an app, integration or simpler process would meet the need. Any platform or subscription requirements are confirmed before a build.
We can investigate the connection and scope it if suitable. The available interfaces, permissions, data quality and ownership rules must be checked before compatibility is confirmed.
That is not the promise. The aim is to reduce repetitive administration and avoidable errors so your team can spend more time on work that needs judgement and customer knowledge.
Monitoring, alerts, ownership and a recovery approach should be part of the agreed scope. We test exceptions and document how to pause the workflow or return to a manual process.
We scope discovery and implementation around the task and systems involved. Third-party subscriptions and ongoing support are set out separately. An initial feasibility review may be needed before a build can be priced.
